Great point. I forgot he was from Illinois. Of course we in New Orleans advocate rebuilding the flooded cities and towns of Illinois.
He's just an ass. I wanted to point that out.
Glad you did this. I was just thinking about him the other day.
I guess he's busy making plans to "plow under" entire sections of his state and declare them unfit for human habitation.
Either that or racking up payments from housing developers who will build subdivisions in places that are under water now.
